செங்கல் சூளை பதிவு சான்றிதழ் பெறுவது ஏன்? எப்படி? – அதிகாரிகள் அறிவிப்பு

வேலூர் மாவட்டத்தில் இயங்கிவரும் நாட்டு செங்கல் சூளைகள் மற்றும் சேம்பர் சூளைகள் அனைத்தும், சுற்றுச்சூழல், வனம் மற்றும் காலநிலை மாற்றம் அறிவிக்கை எண் 143(E), நாள் 22.02.2022 படி புகைப்போக்கி (Smoke Chimney) அமைத்து, தமிழ்நாடு சிறுகனிம சலுகை விதிகள் 1959, விதி 19(2)ன்படி பதிவு சான்றிதழ் பெற்ற பின்பே இயங்க வேண்டும்.

மேற்கண்ட பதிவு சான்றிதழை பெற, உரிய ஆவணங்களுடன் ஒரு மாத காலத்திற்குள் https://www.mimas.tn.gov.in என்ற இணையதளத்தில் விண்ணப்பித்து, புவியியல் மற்றும் சுரங்கத்துறை துணை இயக்குநர், வேலூர் அவர்களிடம் பெற்றுக்கொள்ளுமாறு அறிவுறுத்தப்பட்டுள்ளது.

தவறினால், தமிழ்நாடு சிறுகனிம சலுகை விதிகள் 1959-ன்படி உரிய சட்ட நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கப்படும் என்று செங்கல் சூளை மற்றும் சேம்பர் சூளை உரிமையாளர்களுக்கு தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

Vellore District Brick Kilns Must Obtain Registration Certificate with Smoke Chimneys

Vellore District:

All country brick kilns and chamber kilns functioning in Vellore district must operate only after installing smoke chimneys as per the Environmental, Forests and Climate Change Notification No.143(E) dated 22.02.2022, and after obtaining registration certificates under Rule 19(2) of the Tamil Nadu Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 1959.

The registration certificate must be obtained within one month by submitting the required documents online at https://www.mimas.tn.gov.in, and collected from the Deputy Director, Department of Geology and Mining, Vellore.

Failure to comply will result in appropriate action under the Tamil Nadu Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 1959. Brick kiln and chamber kiln owners are hereby informed accordingly.
